TTRPG party ledger, kept in sync

Gear, cash, and merchant stock tracked for the whole table.

MMOIST is a shared inventory and supply tracker for tabletop groups — built for game masters and players who want their party's gear, gold, and stock in sync at the table.

Who it's for

Tabletop players and gamemasters who are tired of spreadsheets and paper notes for tracking party loot and inventory.

What it does

Concept preview of a character's inventory — items grouped by where they're worn or carried, nested containers like pouches and backpacks, and item counts.
Live sync

Every character's gear, and the party's, always in sync

Backpacks, pouches, and purses nest inside each other the way gear actually does. Give an item to another character and it moves instantly. Every item carries its own history, so you can stop asking "is that the potion we got in the dungeon or from the shoppe?".

Concept preview of a merchant's stock with several items added to a shared shopping cart, priced and totaled in the group's own currency.
Merchants

Buy, sell, and shop together

Merchants carry their own stock and can buy used items in trade. Game masters can adjust prices as needed. Build a shared cart with the rest of the table, then transact in your game's currency — gold and copper, credits, dollars and cents, your call.

Concept preview of a new-loot panel — individually claimable items alongside a currency split into one equal share per player, with a Take Share button.
Loot

Drop loot, claim what's yours

The GM drops loot for one character or the whole party. Everyone claims their share and items they want; optionally setting aside a centrally-tracked party share.

Visibility

The whole party visible, the GM sets the stage

Every player can see every character's inventory — except those items marked as secret. The Game Master adds merchants to the game, tweaks inventory, and can stage custom items to drop on the party as the game unfolds.

Any system. Any genre. No rules baked in, no assumptions about how your table plays — MMOIST tracks gear, currency, and stock, not mechanics.

Frequently asked

Do I need my whole group to sign up before we start?

No — one person can create the group and a character, then invite the rest of the table once it exists. Everyone who wants to see the live ledger needs their own account, but nobody's blocked on the others signing up first.

Is this a replacement for character sheets?

No. MMOIST tracks the party's shared inventory, currency, and merchant stock — not stats, spells, or full character sheets. It's a companion to however you already run the table, not a replacement for it.

What tabletop system does it work with?

Any of them. MMOIST isn't tied to a specific ruleset or genre — it's a generic ledger for gear, gold, and stock, whatever you're playing.

Can my group's inventory be seen by anyone outside the group?

No — only members of your group can see your group's ledger.

What if I just want to try it out on my own first?

That's a fine way to start. Create a group, add a character, and get a feel for it before bringing the rest of the table in.
